§ 2 Scope of Application and Contracting Parties
2.1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter «Terms») govern all legal relationships between Nutrion GmbH and its customers who purchase products via the Online Shop or use Consulting Services under the Veylon Partners brand.
2.2 Definitions
A «Consumer» is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that cannot be primarily attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. A «Business Customer» is any natural or legal person or legally competent partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2.3 Rejection of Deviating Conditions
Deviating terms or conditions of the customer are not accepted unless Nutrion GmbH expressly agrees in writing. This applies even if Nutrion GmbH performs the service without reservation in knowledge of deviating terms.
2.4 Applicable Version
The Terms apply in their version valid at the time of contract conclusion. The current version is available at any time at www.nutrion.fit/policies/terms-of-service.
2.5 Application to Future Contracts
These Terms also apply to all future contractual relationships between the parties, even if they are not expressly referenced in subsequent follow-up contracts or additional orders.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
3.1 Online Shop (nutrion)
The presentation of products in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an explicit order confirmation by e-mail or shipment of the goods; the contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation.
3.2 Consulting Services (Veylon Partners)
Contracts for consulting services from Veylon Partners are primarily concluded by written agreement (consulting contract, offer with written acceptance, or letter of engagement). However, contracts may also be concluded by oral agreement or conduct (in particular by commencing service provision and acceptance by the customer).
3.3 Acceptance of Terms
By concluding a contract with Nutrion GmbH, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
3.4 Accuracy of Information
The contracting parties confirm that all information provided in connection with contract conclusion has been made carefully and truthfully. Any changes to relevant information must be communicated to Nutrion GmbH without delay.
§ 4 General Obligations of Both Parties
4.1 Service Performance
Nutrion GmbH performs its services with the diligence of a prudent businessman.
4.2 Customer Obligations
The customer ensures that all information and data provided are complete, current, and accurate. Damages arising from false or incomplete information are the customer's responsibility.

Both parties commit to trustworthy cooperation and mutual information about relevant matters.

5.2 Notice Regarding Dietary Supplements
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children.
5.3 Availability and Cancellations
Nutrion GmbH reserves the right to remove or replace products from the assortment at any time without notice. If a product has been ordered but not yet delivered and is no longer available, the customer will be notified immediately and the order will be cancelled; any payments already made will be refunded in full.
5.4 Product Images
Product images serve only for illustration purposes. Minor deviations from the depicted product are possible and do not justify a complaint as long as the essential properties remain unchanged.
§ 6 Prices, Payment and Shipping (Online Shop)
6.1 Price Information
All prices stated in the Online Shop are in the indicated currency and include the legally required sales tax plus any applicable shipping costs.
6.2 Payment Methods

6.3 Payment Processing
When paying by credit card, the amount is reserved upon order completion and charged upon shipment of the goods.
6.4 Delivery and Delays
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Shipping times are estimates. Delivery delays due to force majeure, strikes, or similar unforeseen events do not give rise to liability for damages.
6.5 Retention of Title
Ownership of the delivered goods passes to the customer only upon full payment of the purchase price.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal (Online Shop – Consumers Only)
7.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Liechtenstein Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) in conjunction with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
7.2 Withdrawal Information

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., letter, fax, or e-mail).
7.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification is received. You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of withdrawal.
7.4 Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened dietary supplements (for health and safety reasons under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), custom-made or personalized goods, or goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
§ 8 Warranty and Liability (Online Shop)
8.1 Statutory Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery of the goods.
